My Story
I got into operations because chaos drives me crazy — and I'm unusually good at fixing it. My passion for working smarter is evident by the systems I've built in my own life that allow me to balance motherhood, my full time work, a real estate portfolio, and a small side business.
As the Senior Director of Operations & Project Management at Gain Theory, I've led a full global ops transformation — new delivery frameworks, resource systems, real-time data, and teams that actually adopted the tools. Before that: tech startups, real estate portfolio management, and a lot of situations where someone handed me a mess and asked me to make it work.
